We have had 12 rooms fitted with new blinds by your company this week. This is just a short note to commend the fitter on an all-round excellent job! From arriving (on time) on Wednesday morning, to leaving (as planned) on Thursday afternoon, Mike delivered a service that was first class in every respect. Over and above ‘the job’, he liaised with the staff to ensure the rooms were done to suit the school; he gave excellent advice on fitting options at the onset; he worked with an absolute minimum of fuss; and very importantly he cleared away all the old kit and left no mess. I have been at the school for almost 4 years and always give the same sort-of ‘drill’ to all contractors, most of whom then do things ‘their way’ and need constant watching. It was a welcome change to work with Mike and feel it only right that we pass this on to his employer.
